One chunk at a time 🧩🧩🧩

Break big homework or revision into small, doable pieces — with a wee break in between.

When there's a lot to do, it can feel like a mountain. So we make it smaller! Draw a long rectangle and split it into chunks of about 20 minutes. Colour in each chunk and write what you'll do. After each one, take a short break — stretch, get a drink, have a wiggle — then start the next chunk. Here are two examples to show you how. 👇

🍀 A Wee Reminder Set a timer for each chunk so you know when a break is coming — it makes starting feel much easier. Tick off or colour each chunk as you finish it, and notice how good it feels to watch the work shrink. You've got this!
