When there's a lot to do, it can feel like a mountain. So we make it smaller!
Draw a long rectangle and split it into chunks of about 20 minutes.
Colour in each chunk and write what you'll do. After each one, take a
short break — stretch, get a drink, have a wiggle — then start the next chunk.

Set a timer for each chunk so you know when a break is coming — it makes starting feel much easier.
